Building a centralized interactive content system

Capital One has multiple physical experiences spread across geographic locations and they needed a way to manage and maintain all of them in a central location. We created the Immersive Experience Platform giving internal teams the ability to remotely upload, refresh, and push new content across experiences, better understand how visitors are interacting with installations, and troubleshoot any issues.
Approach
The Physical Experience Platform required two phases of research - since the design team was a primary user, we held a workshop to talk through possible features and concurrently asked our partners what functionality they would like to see. We created a feature list and prioritized based on what we deemed were primary use cases. The result is a balanced toolset that allows users to troubleshoot, update, and analyze experiences remotely.
