Description: A four week internal research effort across lines of business to formulate a set of highest priority recommendations to break a cycle that is limiting two organizations ability to create efficient, effective, and emotional experiences for our customers. This work culminated in a hybrid summit between the orgs, deepened relationships within leadership, and continues to thrive today.
