Description: I led a cross-functional team in co-creating solutions with local community members, organizations, and schools to address and close gaps in equity by developing and socializing a strategic initiative that combines placemaking and programming to remove barriers and create sustainable career pathways for a historically marginalized and underserved community.

In phase one, we conducted secondary, internal, and external research before developing a set of success criteria to evaluate six preliminary concepts; arriving at a strategic recommendation with the highest probable impact. Phase two centered on risk analysis and mitigation strategies paired with a thorough implementation plan turning an idea into action.
