Description: Designed a series of workshops to unravel an elaborate customer journey across a myriad of channels. We defined every customer touchpoint and mapped them against a much larger comms plan and multi bank rollout strategy. We identified service requirements, defined roles & responsibilities, detected potential pain points, and proposed solutions for the best user experience.
